It’s been awhile since my first progress report and we’ve been moving forward since then, slowly but steadily. We are now entering the 20,000 words deadline. Yikes! That means long days, exhausting editing and juggling word count with day job so as to not burn all your ships too early. It’s all nice and dandy on the road to NYT Bestselling (visualization is key, people, key!), but one still needs to eat.
Big changes from last time:
- New Title! I realized the “Journey” title was a little bit on the vague side. After all, I want my future score of avid readers (la-la-la-la) to be able to find my book and not be stuck among a dozen of travel manuals, so that’s it. New title! Nice and shiny and totally appropriate: The Razvak Hunter makes its debut.
- New Teaser Format! Our previous teaser was rather boring, wasn’t it? And even if it wasn’t, it’s gone. Our new teaser format is going to be the standard from now on, and it’s also the base for the covers that are going to appear sometime this month (look forward to it). Hope you enjoy!
With that in mind, I’ll leave you another teaser, and encourage you to wait for the grand cover reveal that will be happening by the end of this month, along with the blurb release for all of you to read and be excited about (again, visualization :D)
Anyways, that was progress report for today, hopefully, they will start coming more often. Next report will be about entering the 10k words deadline (fingers crossed) and also the release of my official webpage, which should be up and about by early December. So much to do! So little time!
